The second thing is never sleep while your hair tied up. Sleeping with your hair in a ponytail seems harmless, but in fact, that will damage your hair. Instead of that, you can braid your hair while sleep.

The third thing is you can use a silk pillowcase instead of cotton pillowcase. Even it is more expensive, but the benefits are obvious, it will protect your hair while you sleep, especially you like toss and turn overnight.

The fourth thing is apply a treatment before sleep. As we all know, we should treatment our hair weekly. But it is also very important treatment the hair at night. Apply an oil treatment to the ends of the hair will protect your hair and help avoid split ends.

The last thing is brush your hair before bed. We all know we should brush our hair every morning, but brush your before bed is also very important. Both of them are help you avoid tangle.
